Sail-boating the winds of change in Real Estate is what I look forward to do.

I started exploring investing in different asset classes like (Start-ups, Art, Digital Assets and Block chain backed currencies) way back in 2017 when I realised that the change in the mind-set of investing was inevitable apart from the usual investing avenues like equities, gold and real estate.

The revolution of NextGen in our sector is critical and at this critical juncture the transition the Real Estate Industry is going through is a blessing and we as NextGen are ready with our foundation to experience the second-wind post the covid era. I like to challenge myself with different adventures and I love to explore possibilities outside my comfort zone, the best example for this would be my trip to the Everest Base camp and Kailash Mansarovar.

What is your roadmap for the organization’s growth? 

Contributing towards the ever evolving policies of the State and the Centre Government for the sector is the main goal. Furthermore, maintaining the Goodwill and Legacy of the Brand is also one of the key aspiration for me. Focusing on timely delivery of our project with a product which is adored by our Customer has to be the Intent of our Company in the coming years. Additionally, our ongoing vision is also to create a portfolio of leased properties at critical locations.

Present Business Strategy:

  • 1 million sq.ft. Delivered in the last 3 decades.
  • 1000 happy households.
  • Plotted Development in Bengaluru of 38 Acres.
  • Plotted Development in Junagadh.
  • Completed a multiscreen project and leased to NY Cinemas in 2022.
  • Identifying location for the future development and exploring other areas to expand the current business.
  • A Debt Free group of companies.

Future Business Strategy:

  • 1 million sq.ft in pipeline in Mumbai and
  • 0.3 million sq.ft. in execution in Mumbai.
  • Focusing on timely deliveries with a vision to have a couple of projects every 2-3 years.

What have been some of your highlight contributions to the industry?

  1. Founding Member of NextGen NAREDCO India.
  2. Founding Member of NextGen NAREDCO Maharashtra.
  3. Key contributor of developing the Leadership Programme for Naredco NextGen with the Faculty of Niranjan Hiranandani School of Real Estate (NHSRE).
  4. Currently Serving as the President NextGen Naredco Maharashtra.
  5. Key Organiser of the:-
    • Real Estate Forum held on 28th April 2022 at Trident, Mumbai.
    • NextGen Excelerate held on 1st July 2022 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
    • Online Knowledge Sessions organised by Naredco during Covid Lockdowns.
    • Study Tours organised by Naredco.

How are you creating a social impact?

With a vision to help community members by up skilling them and apply for better prospects in their professional lives. Mentoring young aspirants mainly in the field of Entrepreneurship.

Contributor to Bhanushali Chamber of Commerce (BCOC), backed by Shree Kutchi Bhanushali Sewa Samaj (SKBSST), a trust: Creating Bhanushali Angel Investors Network (BAIN): To help investors realise investing in multiple asset classes. Trustee at Dayaram Bhanushali Foundation, a foundation working to provide assistance to students for their Education.

Founder Ecstatic Circle: An initiative to spread awareness on Girl Child Education and I quote myself, “I would have achieved my purpose of life if I were to fully educate at least 10 girls and in turn educate many more in their ecosystem. Imagine if women or girls around us, who are not educated enough were given the kind of education as I have, our lives would have been completely different”.
