What is your roadmap for the organization’s growth?
Prem group is Mumbai based family run business with 3 generations & with more than 45 years in real estate sector with an accumulated experience of more than 100 years.
Present Business Strategy: Prem group has conservative way of working. RERA has come in force past 4 years but out company has been following these rules since beginning. It is a self-funded company with no incomplete projects & more than 30 completed projects till date.
Future Business Strategy: Along with upcoming residential & commercial projects in various parts of Mumbai. I often wondered “ How can I as a developer bridge the gap between quality and affordability” this led me to investments in lands on outskirts of MMR with a vision of company having chance to deliver great projects and earn good profits. This will help company make good profits.
What are the goals set for the company?
We want to build homes and not houses. Home is where the heart is. My goal is to make homes and keep the heart beating. With modern technologies, we will build homes that will make lives of the home buyers easy. Transparent dealing.
How are you making meaningful contributions to the industry and the community?
Employment: Mumbai is a city of dreams. People from all over the country come to make their dream come true. We see to it that we create enough employment and help these young people achieve their dreams.
Delivering Homes: We deliver homes before the committed time with great quality. It’s a dream of every individual to have a home in this city of dreams. This could be the biggest social impact in the industry. I plan to build homes with the latest technology and provide employment and deliver projects worth their value.
