MobiKwik users in Gurugram can pay property tax directly through the app

The payment wallets major MobiKwik has launched direct property tax payments on its app in association with the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram, helping residents pay their property taxes from the convenience of their homes. MobiKwik users in Gurugram can now avail upto 10 percent discount on paying property tax through the e-wallet It is a quick payment option for the user as it spares the customers to visit the Citizen Facilitation Centres (CFCs), the online service delivery channel, to pay the property tax. There are an estimated four lakhs property holders in Gurugram, one of the fastest growing cities in India with a substantial internet penetration. "I believe that being able to pay digitally is the right of every citizen and it is the new way to pay. Gurugram is one of India's fastest growing cities and is compared with the best cities in the world and MobiKwik team is constantly working in making it a model less-cash city in India," said co-founder MobiKwik, Upasana Taku.
