17th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards and AADF 2025 Spotlight Tech in Design, NCR’s Real Estate Future

The 2nd Realty+ Architecture and Design Fest and the 17th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2025 – North Edition were held on September 17, 2025, at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram. The event brought together policymakers, developers, and innovators to exchange insights, foster dialogue, and collaboratively shape a sector prepared for the future.

The Realty+ North 2025 edition was supported by a strong line-up of strategic and associate partners, technology collaborators, and media allies.

The event’s strategic partners were Anarock Property Consultant and Signature Global (India) Limited. The conclave was powered by Alpha Corp Development Limited and the Associate Partners included Victora Lifts Pvt. Ltd, Winntus Formwork Private Limited and Numax Group.

The technology partners were Sell.Do, Wybrid, ArchVi and MHXP, with co-partner Trevoc Group and Bhumika Realty, the proptech partner was Reloy, the PR partner was PRP Group, and the creative partner of the event was A B See Brand Advisory. Ideas Beyond Structures

Architecture and design are more than just buildings — they represent ideas, identities, and cultural expressions. AADF 2025 – North Edition showcased the finest minds in architecture and design, with discussions ranging from design collaterals to rebooting cities, and the fusion of art, space, and technology.

A Day of Visionary Conversations

The morning sessions spotlight architecture and design leaders, exploring creative storytelling in spaces and the transformative role of technology and AI.

The conclave began with Realty+ Design Gurus: Transforming Spaces into Stories, moderated by Ananya Gandotra, Founder Director & Consultant, AG Strategic. The speakers of the session included Rahul Kumar, Owner, Rajinder Kumar and Associates (RKA); Monika Choudhary, Founder, Chief Development Officer & Growth Strategist, Habitat Architects; Sarabjit Singh, Founder and Architectural Designer at Villa Ortiga and Lipika Sud, Director & Principal Designer, Lipika Sud Interiors Pvt. Ltd. The speakers emphasized that design blends choreography, balancing spontaneous creativity with structured processes, harmonizing intuitive flair and methodical planning to create innovative, impactful solutions in real estate and architecture.

This was followed by a panel on Design & Technology in the Age of AI which featured Anand Sharma, Founder & Partner, Design Forum International; Monish Siripurapu, Founder & Principal Architect, ANT Studio; Raajesh Dhingra, Founder Owner & Principal Architect, ARGROUP Design Studio; Sapna Khattar, Head Interior Architecture, Locus Associates Projects; Swati Singh, Architect Director, BDP Designs; and Anuj Saxena, Associate Director, Operations, Victora Lifts. The session was moderated by Amit Khanna, Design Principal, Amit Khanna Design Associates. The panel discussed balancing human creativity with AI efficiency, noting that in India, AI democratizes design knowledge while enhancing inclusivity and quality.

Reimagining Delhi-NCR

In the afternoon, an exclusive conversation pivoted to the future of Delhi- NCR. The session titled Delhi-NCR 3.0: Reimagining the Capital Region for the Next Decade featured Abhay Mishra, CEO, Jindal Realty; Harshit Batra, Founder, Harshit Batra & Associates; Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO, Emaar India; Santosh Agarwal, Executive Director & CFO, Alpha Corp Development; Supriya Chatterjee, Managing Director – North, Cushman & Wakefield; and Uddhav Poddar, MD, Bhumika Group. The discussion was moderated by Santhosh Kumar, Vice Chairman, Anarock Property Consultants and The panel envisioned Delhi-NCR 3.0 as a hub prioritizing governance, sustainability, robust infrastructure, and improved quality of life.

The dialogue moved to Delhi-NCR Luxury Realty: Sustainable Boom or Potential Bubble with Gurpal Singh Chawla, MD, TREVOC Group; Yukti Nagpal, Director, Gulshan Group; Mudassir Zaidi, Executive Director – North, Knight Frank India; Sudeep Bhatt, Director – Strategy, Whiteland Corporation; and Sunil Goel, MD, Numax Realcon. The session was moderated by Ravi Shankar Singh, MD - Residential Transaction Services, Colliers India. The discussion traced real estate price cycles, noting how post-COVID resilience mirrors earlier shifts while demand and economy remain strong.

Marketing, Offices & Tech
The session Marketing Metamorphosis: Real Estate Branding in a Digital-First Era was moderated by Alok Gupta, Director, Graphisads Pvt. Ltd. The panel included Dimple Bhardwaj, VP – Channel Sales, Marketing & Communication, HCBS Developments; Dr. Vishesh Rawat, VP & Head – Sales, Marketing & CRM, M2K Group; Karan Kumar, CMO, Hero Realty; Rohit Kedia, Founder & CEO, ArchVi; and Amit Baid, Founder & Creative Director, A B See Brand Advisory. The panel highlighted how the digital shift, accelerated by COVID-19, has reshaped consumer expectations and real estate branding.

A fireside chat on NCR’s Commercial Office Realty: Integrating Flexible Design & Smart Technology featured Sanjay Chatrath, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Incuspaze, and Mukul Pasricha, Founder & CEO, Spring House Workspaces with Utkarsh Kawatra, Founder & CEO, myHQ, as moderator. The discussion focused on how spaces once open are now evolving into closed, dedicated areas, reflecting a cultural shift from openness to more private, personal environments.

The conversation then moved to Tech-Driven Realty: AI, Automation & Data at Work which was moderated by Sumeet Vijh, Senior Director & Head – Business Technology, JLL. The panellists for the session included Akhil Saraf, Founder & CEO, Reloy, Divam Kapoor, Director, DM Infra LLP, Gulshan Group, Mohit Arora, CEO, ATS HomeKraft; Roshy Chhillar, Director, Landmark Group; Sumit Mehra, Co-Founder, MHXP; and Vinayak Katkar, Co-Founder & CTO, Sell.Do. The session underscored how AI adoption, though nascent, is steadily enhancing predictive insights, personalization, and efficiency in real estate.

Celebrating Leadership & Innovation
The evening also featured Realty+ RealTalk – Inspiring Success Stories, where Sapna Srivastava, Editor, Realty+, was in conversation with Abhishek Somany, MD & CEO, Somany Ceramics. They explored sustainability, innovation, and consumer demand for premium, eco-friendly products.

The Awards evening began with an enlightening address by Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman of exchange4media and BusinessWorld Media Group, who set the stage for a series of high-powered sessions that saw the evolving contours of Indian real estate, from urban growth to technological transformation. Dr. Annurag Batra addressed the conclave, affirming that Indian real estate is poised to create more billionaires than any other sector over the next decade, driven by urbanization, housing, and office demand resurgence.

This evening’s highlight was the exclusive conversation on Legacy vs. Disruption: What Will Shape the Future of Indian Real Estate? The session was chaired by Neeraj Bansal, Partner & Head – India Global, KPMG in India. The panellists were Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, and Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group. The discussion projected that India’s real estate, fueled by rapid urbanization, rising incomes, and NCR’s four crore residents, will surpass one lakh housing unit sales annually.
