Aadhar Housing Finance has announced the appointment of Vikas Bansal as its Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.
In his new role, Bansal will oversee various functions within the company, including HR, CSR, and Admin. Additionally, he will assume responsibility for talent acquisition, well-being, fostering a productive culture, learning and development, and retention of over 7,500 employees across India.
Bringing over 23 years of core HR expertise across diverse industries, Bansal previously served as CHRO at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance for seven years. His professional journey includes roles such as HR Director and HRBP at Unilever RUS, HR Business Partner at Hindustan Unilever, HR Director at Unilever Asia Private Limited, and Senior HR Manager at Dr Reddy's Laboratories. In 2000, he served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Hero Honda.
Bansal's core competencies encompass strategic HR, change management, and operational excellence. His extensive experience in building high-growth businesses for multiple start-ups with global teams positions him to play a pivotal role in driving AHFL's growth.
Prior to Bansal, the role was held by Hrishikesh Jha, who left the company in June 2023 for a mid-career break after five years of dedicated service.
