Real estate developer Aaiji Group has received Gujarat RERA approval for its upcoming residential project, Aaiji Residency 477, positioned strategically along the Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway. The project will be developed across a 10,809 sq meter NA plot in Kadipur Village, Dholera, offering premium RERA-registered plots within the Dholera SIR.
Situated near key connectivity nodes like the ABCD Activation Zone, Metro Rail, IT & Knowledge Zones, and the upcoming international cargo airport, the site promises seamless access and high investment potential. The project will also benefit from proximity to the 250-meter-wide expressway and emerging infrastructure assets including the Vande Metro and broad-gauge rail line.
Dholera has evolved from a futuristic blueprint to a fast-developing investment magnet, with interest from global investors and NRIs from markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, and Hong Kong. Aaiji Residency 477 has received RERA registration under Section 5 of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016, and is valid until December 31, 2029 (Reg. No. PR/GJ/AHMEDABAD/DHOLERA/DSIRDA/PAA15497/110725/311229). The project promises state-of-the-art infrastructure including ICT-enabled Wi-Fi, smart water and power meters, 100% domestic waste collection, and sustainable rainwater harvesting.
