Address Maker Appoints Manoj Chellani as MD & CEO, Gaurav Goyal as CFO

Address Maker has announced the appointment of industry veterans Manoj Gangadhar Chellani as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) and Gaurav Goyal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a significant step in the company's growth and expansion strategy. The appointments come at a time when the professionally managed real estate developer is sharpening its focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across its portfolio of residential apartments, villas, and plotted developments.

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector, Manoj Chellani takes over the leadership role with an extensive track record across business development, land acquisition, project execution, sales and marketing, and profit-and-loss management. Over the course of his career, he has held key leadership positions at organisations such as Arvind SmartSpaces, Lodha Group, Runwal Group, Radius Developers, and Tech Mahindra.

At Address Maker, Chellani will spearhead the company's strategic growth plans, oversee operational expansion, and drive its long-term business vision as it seeks to strengthen its position in key markets. Joining him in the leadership team is Gaurav Goyal, who assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer. Goyal brings substantial expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, real estate investments, lending, risk management, and business planning. Prior to this appointment, he worked with leading institutions including Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd, Deutsche Bank, and Genpact.

As CFO, Goyal will be responsible for steering Address Maker's financial strategy, enhancing capital allocation efficiency, and reinforcing the company's investment and funding framework to support future growth initiatives.
