Agami Realty has announced the appointment of Sarat Sinha as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Sinha will lead marketing, presales, corporate strategy, and brand building initiatives, aligning them with Agami Realty’s long-term growth vision.
With over two decades of experience across marketing, advertising, sales, human resources, and strategy, Sarat brings a multifaceted understanding of business operations. Over the last ten years, he has held senior leadership roles as a Strategic Consultant, CMO, and Business Head steering business growth and driving integrated strategies. His career includes stints with top advertising agencies, which gave him a deep foundation in branding and communication.
Sinha has also worked closely with international property consultants (IPCs) and aggregators, refining his knowledge of performance-driven real estate models. His previous experience with Peninsula Land, Colliers International, and Adhiraj has further sharpened his expertise in real estate marketing and strategic transformation.
At Agami Realty, Sarat’s focus will be on building cohesive marketing and presales functions while also shaping corporate, brand, and people strategies. His initial priority is to understand the company’s culture, align with its long-term goals, and set a solid foundation for its next phase of growth. He will also lead initiatives to enhance collaboration, internal communications, and continuous team engagement.
