Amnesty scheme on cards for property tax dues

An amnesty scheme for the property owners, who still have tax dues, is on the cards. A group of elected members in the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has presented a proposal to the standing committee and a decision on the same is expected by next week. If the proposal gets approved, property owners, who have taxes pending, will get incentives in the form of discounts to clear their dues.
