Anantraj Limited To Begin Work On Commercial Project In Delhi

Anantraj Limited is beginning work on an office space, hospitality, and serviced apartments centre, with a developable area of approximately 7 lakh sq ft in New Delhi, the listed realtor said in a regulatory filing on October 16.

Anantraj Limited has received all the approvals, including registration from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, for the construction of the Anant Raj Centre in South Delhi’s Mehrauli.

The RERA registration certificate has been granted for the project, the company said.

The company, through its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary Jai Govinda Ghar Nirman Limited, is also commencing an affordable housing project in Andra Pradesh.

Anant Raj Aashray-11 in Electronic Manufacturing Cluster 2 (EMC 2) in Tirupati, is developed by The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC). The project has a saleable area of about 10,00,000 square feet.

The company has received all approvals for the construction work and selling the project including registration from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Andhra Pradesh, the company said.
