Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd Secure Investment Of Rs 109 Cr

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited, announced a strategic investment of Rs 109 Crore through preferential equity allotment. The investment has been secured from marquee investment funds - the Lotus Family Trust managed by Madhusudan Kela, along with CaratLane founders Mithun and Siddhartha Sacheti. The combined expertise of these seasoned investors, together with Arihant's proven track record, will drive the company to greater heights

With this strategic partnership, Arihant Foundations aims to strengthen its capital base, empowering the company to expand its growth and project development initiatives. The funds would be utilised by Arihant foundations to expand its presence and increase its foot hold across south India by developing projects spread across residential, commercial and senior housing.
