Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. has signed a Rs75 crore supply deal with Wadhwa Construction and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., reinforcing its role in the next phase of Panvel’s ambitious Wise City township. The partnership will support construction material supply for seven new residential towers covering 1.2 million sq. ft. of development.
This expansion builds on Wise City’s momentum, located near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and aligned with infrastructure upgrades like the Panvel–Karjat suburban rail corridor. With over 3,000 homes already delivered, the township continues to anchor Panvel’s emergence as a key growth node in Mumbai’s urban landscape.
