Arvind Rao To Head Brigade Group’s Commercial Business

Brigade Group has announced the appointment of Arvind Rao as Vice President to head the Commercial business, with the responsibility to drive growth and profitability in asset management, revenues, and operations.  He has over 17 years of experience in the office space segment, having represented developers and tenants as a consultant.

Prior to joining Brigade, Arvind worked with DivyaSree Developers and Mapletree on the Development side and with CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield as a Transaction Management Professional in their tenant representation divisions.

“With his inclusion into the team, Arvind brings with him a wealth of experience in the office and related businesses and is expected to enhance and grow the commercial vertical. He has well-rounded experience in commercial real estate as he has been on both sides of the table, allowing him to provide a holistic approach to the business,” said Nirupa Shankar, JMD, Brigade Group.

Arvind holds an MBA in Marketing and IT from International Management Institute, New Delhi.
