Not too long ago, Deepika Padukone's KA Enterprises acquired a luxurious apartment for Rs 17.7 crore, while Indian cricketer KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty bought a luxury apartment on Nargis Dutt Road for over Rs 20 crore.
Other notable buyers include Prithviraj Sukumaran's production house, which purchased a luxurious duplex apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 30.6 crore. Additionally, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has invested in Mumbai real estate, acquiring a residential property in Bandra suburbs for Rs 9.75 crore.
Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and his son Ahan Shetty have made a stylish addition to their real estate portfolio, acquiring a luxurious property in Mumbai's upscale Khar West neighborhood for Rs 8.01 crore.
Also in a record-breaking deal, a luxurious triplex apartment in an under-construction Pali Hill tower was sold for a staggering Rs 172 crore, translating to Rs 1.81 lakh per sq ft. to Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd.

The redevelopment of old societies into residential towers with sky villas and penthouses is changing the skyline of Bandra, Many film stars have sold their old bungalows here to be converted into luxury apartments such as Mala Sinha's Bandra bungalow that has been converted by builder Varun Kothari into a 22-storey tower called Palmera and most recently the former site of Dilip Kumar's bungalow in Bandra has been take over by The Ashar Group turning it into a luxury residential project called "The Legend by Ashar".
