Century Real Estate, one of Bengaluru’s most established developers, has announced a major new mixed-use development in East Bengaluru, off the Outer Ring Road at Marathahalli. Spread across 14 acres with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding Rs. 3,000 crore, the project marks one of Century’s most ambitious undertakings and reinforces its vision of shaping future-ready urban ecosystems.

Marathahalli has fast evolved into one of Bengaluru’s most dynamic real estate hubs, sitting at the intersection of Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and Indiranagar - three corridors that define the city’s growth story. With over 1,000 technology and allied companies operating nearby and more than 1.5 million professionals working within a half-hour radius, the micro-market has become a magnet for both investors and end-users.

Its appeal is further amplified by the Outer Ring Road’s seamless connectivity to major tech parks like RMZ Ecospace, Embassy Tech Village, and Cessna Business Park, as well as upcoming Metro connectivity through Phase 2A.
