Bhutani Infra is leading a high-end residential project in Noida’s Sector 32. This project, which includes a mall and approximately 60 luxurious apartments, is aimed at offering the most opulent living experience in the city.
The expected investment for this venture is around INR 600 Crore. Apartments are anticipated to start from approximately INR 12 Crore, a price point unprecedented in Noida’s market.
The building will rise near Logix City Centre Mall in Sector 32 and is planned to be a 30-story structure. The residential aspect will occupy the upper floors while the first four floors will accommodate the mall. Separate entry and exit will be provided for the housing complex and the mall.
