Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Altius, a premium residential project with a revenue potential of Rs 1,700 crores. Located in Sholinganallur, in the heart of Chennai's dynamic IT corridor, offering connectivity to central business districts. The project spans 6.5 acres with a total development area of 1.4 million square feet, features three signature towers comprising 43 floors each and will be one of the tallest and most prestigious developments in the area.

Brigade Altius's height is approximately 143 meters, offering residents panoramic views of the city and its surrounding landscapes. Additionally, the project features a grand 50,000 sqft of amenities designed to cater to a wide range of recreational needs.
