CASAGRAND introduces a one-of-a-kind campaign
CASAGRAND Builders, the leading real estate developer of south India, released its unique new TVC “Chance Irukku”to launch CASAGRAND Royale, a premium community project at Sholinganallur. The new TVC envisions life in the new community that provides all the comforts for a luxurious life, away from the exasperating bustle of dwelling in the often romanticised, heart of the city. In a first for the real estate segment, the TVC features four popular celebrities together, Sarath Kumar, Prasanna, Devadharshini and Abirami, who highlight the four different key features of the project,that meet the dream requirements of many home buyers. The new TVC is cleverly created to ring in the right amount of curiosity, humour, information and a personal connect for better understanding and recall. The new campaign was conceptualized and shot in Tamil to highlight key aspects of this life at the property. The celebrities highlighted four key features such asbest price, 54 amenities and great locations for a better customer connect and understanding. Every scene in the TVC presents the context Chance Irukku (it is possible) signifying the meticulous planning and thoughtful design that went into creating a most desired property that provides the whole nine yards at one stop. The TVC is a play on the phrase “Chance ey’Illa” (impossible), commonly used by the people to express disbelief at the probability of something happening. This disbelief was smartly combined with the riposte “Chance Irukku”that unveiled the product reaffirming the possibility that properties with dream requirements do exist at CASAGRAND. Elaborating the new campaign, Mr.Eshwar N, Executive Vice-President - Marketing said,“CASAGRAND Royale is a unique property designed as a kids’ friendly apartment. As this is a first of its kind in the region, we wanted to showcase the theme exclusively,while also focusing on our core strengths of superior quality, best-in-class amenities and unbeatable price & location. We accomplished this subtly through a multi-star cast TVC shot in Tamil, which spoke to the customer in a quirky, light-hearted banter that was easy to recall. This is the first time a real estate firm has engaged a multi-star cast for a property ad in the sector. The TVC has been well received as each of these celebrities connect well with the general public” CASAGRAND Royaleis a superior apartment project with the best in class amenities at competitive prices in the Sholinganallur region. The affordable home is a unique kids’ themed community with exclusive amenities that help nurture sports and education among children.
