The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is set to host the 21st edition of its flagship real estate conference, Realty 2025: Real Estate @ Amrit Kaal – Building India’s Growth Corridors for Vision 2047 on November 6, 2025 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
The conference comes at a time when India’s real estate sector is witnessing a defining shift, powered by urbanisation, policy reforms, innovation, and sustainability. The sector is emerging as a key driver of India’s economic transformation in the Amrit Kaal, the 25-year journey toward the nation’s centenary of independence.

The event will bring together a cross-section of policymakers, developers, investors, and innovators to deliberate on the trends shaping India’s built environment.

A special Government–Industry Exchange session titled “Vision 2047 – Reimagining Real Estate for a Developed India” is also planned, with Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Power, Government of India, invited to participate as Chief Guest.
The conference will include Guest of honour addresses by Shri Kuldip Narayan, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, and Shri Rajeev Singh Thakur, PD (Governance & Reforms/Infrastructure Connectivity), NITI Aayog, Government of India.
