Circle rates reduces in Gurugram

The Haryana government on Monday has decided to reduce circle rate or collector rates of immovable property in Gurugram by 15 per cent. The circle rates in Gurugram has been reduced for the first time in a decade. In the last two financial years –2014-15 and 2015-16, the rates were kept unchanged. The reduction in circle rates was recommended by a district level committee headed by deputy commissioner TL Satyaprakash in April this year.
