CorporatEdge Debuts ‘Offitel’ Workspace in Dubai, Eyes GCC Expansion

CorporatEdge launches its first international centre at Emaar Square, blending luxury hospitality with premium office solutions—and setting the stage for regional growth.

CorporatEdge Debuts ‘Offitel’ Workspace in Dubai, Eyes GCC Expansion

CorporatEdge, a leading provider of hospitality-infused workspaces, has officially entered the UAE market with its flagship ‘Offitel’ centre at Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai. Spanning 31,000 sq. ft. and offering 62 premium suites, the centre is tailored for multinational corporations and UAE-based enterprises seeking high-performance, full-service office infrastructure.

The Dubai launch marks the first step in CorporatEdge’s global roadmap, with future expansions planned across Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Bahrain. The ‘Offitel’ concept—an elegant fusion of office and hotel-grade service—aims to redefine flexible workspaces by combining refined interiors, enterprise-grade solutions, and concierge-level hospitality.

Scheduled for an official launch in October 2025, the centre will offer serviced offices, managed workspaces, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and co-working zones. Phase 2 will introduce allied services including company formation, visa facilitation, workspace fit-outs, and compliance advisory—positioning CorporatEdge as a one-stop solution for global teams operating in the UAE.

The expansion is backed by a strategic joint venture with Brymont to launch Empyrean Edge, a premium workspace brand targeting the Middle East and Africa. The Dubai centre serves as the first milestone in this collaboration, with further rollouts expected across key GCC markets.

Founder and CEO Monaah M Shuklla called the Dubai launch a “deeply personal milestone,” citing her seven-year residence in the city and its vibrant business culture. Managing Director Aashish S Shukla added that the move reflects CorporatEdge’s commitment to scaling its hospitality-led workspace model globally.

The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Ben Johnston, with Driven Properties’ Abdullah Alajaji highlighting Emaar Square’s strategic value. “This address speaks for itself,” Alajaji said, referencing the AED 505 million acquisition of Building 3 and its appeal to scaling enterprises.

With its Dubai debut, CorporatEdge is positioning itself as a premium workspace partner for global businesses—offering not just offices, but experiences that elevate how professionals work, connect, and grow.
