Dhani Services Limited announced the wholly owned subsidiary, Indiabulls Urbanresidency Limited, has obtained registration under the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016, from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula. The registration, bearing number HRERA-PKL-SNP-676-2025, was granted on 19th March 2025 for its residential project ‘Indiabulls Green Avenue’ in Sector 2, Kharkhauda, District Sonipat, Haryana.
The company stated that this approval would facilitate monetising its real estate assets and provide liquidity. The registration is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the certification. The license is a co-terminus with the one granted by the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana.
Dhani Services’ latest move highlights its continued efforts to expand its presence in the real estate sector. The company expects this development to support its broader financial strategy, enabling a structured monetisation of assets while complying with regulatory norms.
