Dheeraj Dogra a Real Estate and Retail veteran with over 29 years of global experience has recently joined Spaze Towers a Gurgaon based mixed use developer. In his current role Dogra’s main focus would be spearheading company’s leasing business both in commercial and retail asset classes. Dogra has successfully held leadership roles with developers like DLF, Ansal Api, Srei BNP Paribas, Omaxe and Express Avenue as well as an a IPC BNP Paribas Real Estate as there National Director. A turnaround specialist Dheeraj is known to revive difficult projects. Dogra also has over two decades of global experience working for the likes of Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Abraham & Strauss, Sterns, Bed, Bath & Beyond and ABC Carpet & Home. He has a unique honor of being bestowed with “Employee of the Year award” by America’s legendary retail chain Macy’s Inc. He post graduated in management from Emeritus (MIT, Columbia & Tufts) as a global ivy scholar and has a Masters certificate in CRM from The City University of New York. He also holds Advance Certification in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. Dheeraj has been nominated and won numerous awards including “Bharat Gaurav Award” presented under the aegis of Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India for his efforts to promote sustainable real estate development as an NRI. He was also awarded “One of the 50 Most Admired Global Indians” by Asia Africa Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Jan, 2020. A keen believer in giving back to the society and community, Dheeraj a 9/11 veteran is a guest faculty in top B-Schools like Masters Union School of Business ,ISB Hyderabad, IIM Kozhikode and RICS London. Dheeraj is a senior advisor to the Asia Retail Congress and a member of the World Smart City Council. Dheeraj is also a mentor with Nexus a startup incubator which is funded by United States department of State and in collaboration with the American Embassy.
