Emaar India, India’s leading real estate developer, today organised day-long celebrations marking World Aids Day 2017 at its project sites across Gurugram and Mohali.
The project sites, where the celebration happened, includes Marbella, Colonnade, Gurgaon Greens, Imperial Gardens in Gurugram and Mohali Hills at Mohali, Punjab.
On this occasion, Emaar India organised AIDS awareness and education sessions, health check-up camps and provided free Tetanus Toxoid (TT) vaccinations for its 12000 construction staff and site labourers.
The company educated the site workers and labourers about the hazards of the disease and also distributed free condoms to promote safe sex. Aiming towards achieving the goal of an AIDS-free generation. The initiative was part of Emaar India’s CSR wing EMCARE (Emaar Community of Aware and Responsible Employees) that believes in “Welfare for All”.
