Empire Estate Realty is planning to develop group housing project at Mahapura in Jaipur district of Rajasthan under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojna (CMJAY)-2015.
The project will spread over 3.73 acre of land parcel and see development of a tower with 1,050 EWS and LIG flats along with amenities like club house, banquet hall, conference hall, gym and parking provision.
As per the latest information shared, the company is awaiting environment clearance for the project. The contractor is yet to be appointed. Work on the project is expected to commence by December 2022.
