After successful online editions, the prestigious Realty+ Women Icon Conclave & Awards was held on-ground for the first time and it was a day to remember!
The exciting day opened with the inaugural address by renowned media personality Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media & BusinessWorld Media Group who shared his list of inspiring books and takeaways for everyone to follow in thir daily lives.
In her Special Address the most recognized voice of Indian realty, Radha Dhir - CEO & Country Head, JLL explained Leading with Purpose and shared the meaning of each alphabet of Purpose – what it stands for.

The evening celebrating the 5th Realty+ Women Icon Awards 2025 was a grand affair with Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media & BusinessWorld Media Group giving some motivating life lessons in his own charming way. And the ‘Builder Extraordinaire’ Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder, and Chairman, Hiranandani Group sharing the anecdotes of his own life and the coincidence of his birthdate being the same as International Women’s Day. Her talked about how his own firm has seen the great results of women leaders heading many of the department as they bring the EQ and empathy that only a women can bring.
