Realty+ Architecture & Design Fest, Conclave & Excellence Awards – North 2025 will be held on September 17, 2025, at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram. The twin events - Realty+ Architecture and Design Fest 2025 – North Edition and the 17th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2025 – North - will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, developers, architects, and innovators for a day of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and celebration of excellence in North India’s real estate sector.

The upcoming Realty+ North 2025 edition is backed by a strong line-up of partners across the real estate ecosystem. The morning sessions will feature visionary architects and designers, delving into the art of storytelling through spaces and examining how technology and AI are reshaping the future of the built environment.

The conclave will open with the session “Realty+ Design Gurus: Transforming Spaces into Stories”, moderated by Ananya Gandotra, Founder Director & Consultant, AG Strategic. The session will feature an eminent panel including Rahul Kumar, Principal Architect, Rajinder Kumar Associates (RKA); Monika Choudhary, Founder, Chief Development Officer & Growth Strategist, Habitat Architects; and Lipika Sud, Director & Principal Designer, Lipika Sud Interiors Pvt. This will be followed by a thought-provoking panel on “Design & Technology in the Age of AI”, bringing together industry visionaries to explore the intersection of creativity and innovation. 17th Realty+ Conclave 2025 – North
In the afternoon, the spotlight will turn to an exclusive power-packed conversation on “Delhi-NCR 3.0: Reimagining the Capital Region for the Next Decade.” The session will bring together some of the most influential voices shaping the region’s future, including Abhay Mishra, CEO, Jindal Realty; Harshit Batra, Founder, Harshit Batra & Associates; Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO, Emaar India; Santosh Agarwal, CFO, Alpha Corp Development; Supriya Chatterjee, Managing Director – North, Cushman & Wakefield; and Uddhav Poddar, MD, Bhumika Group.
