Housejoy the leading service provider in India announces its official business line transformation and officially enters as the only end-to-end player in the residential construction sector in India. The main objective of the company is to become one of the largest tech-enabled platforms for construction and renovation in India. This new business line will help solve the problem of finding and managing virtuous home builders and interior decorators, by enabling customers to get a complete home solution; from building to architecture and execution, all seamlessly tracked and managed by Housejoy professionals from plan approval to handover. The newly launched services will be available in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The launch of our new construction and interior services is a step towards ensuring customers are provided the best and credible home construction experience compared to what a customer would be getting otherwise. “ The concept model has been successfully proofed with 150 + projects completed in renovation and 50 + projects in the execution phase, in individual home construction. The company is looking to reach a run rate of 20 signed projects per month and the total target of 100 construction projects in execution by December 2019. Under construction, a customer can build their houses and can avail facilities that would include property inspection, designing, plan approvals, procurement of the raw material and building the property as per the plan. The entire project schedule is created customer can review and track the activity from there app and through CCTV which will be installed at the construction site so that customers can view and check the development of the construction from anywhere in the world. Under Interior and renovation, Housejoy with its highly qualified architects and designers will provide assistance to customers that include property inspection, planning, procurement of the raw material and design as per customers’ needs.
