Hyderabad is set to take centre stage in India’s real estate conversation as the 3rd Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2026, presented by Flipspaces, comes to the city on February 12, 2026. The day-long conclave will be held at the Novotel & HICC Complex near HITEC City, bringing together senior developers, consultants, architects, investors, and policymakers to assess Hyderabad’s evolving property market.
The event arrives at a time when Hyderabad continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s most resilient real estate markets. With steady IT expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and rising demand across commercial and residential segments, the city is being increasingly viewed as a long-term growth destination rather than a cyclical play.
Setting the Agenda
Proceedings will begin at 3.00 pm with a conclave introduction outlining the key themes that will shape the discussions. This will be followed by the inaugural address by Dr Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief and Chairman, exchange4media and BusinessWorld Media Group, who is expected to speak on the changing dynamics of Indian cities and the role of real estate in driving economic growth.
A short presentation by Shruti Nargolkar, Head of Partnerships of Flipspaces at 3.30 pm will focus on evolving workplace design and the growing importance of experience-led commercial spaces in a hybrid work environment.

The panel includes Ajitesh Korupolu, Founder and CEO, ASBL; Narsi Reddy Posham, Founder and CEO, Ira Realty Tech; Nanda Kishore Mudumbai, Managing Director, Ramky Estates; V Rajshekar Reddy, Managing Partner, Gayathri Developers & Promoters; and Hetal Kotak, Director – South, Mango Advisors. The city’s premium housing segment will be under the spotlight in Panel Discussion 2, “The New Hyderabad Elite: Luxury Homes, Smart Living & Lifestyles.” Moderated by Sandip Patnaik, Senior Managing Director and Board of Director – Hyderabad, JLL India, the session will explore how buyer preferences are evolving.

The conclave will also feature Realty+ Real Talk – Inspiring Success Stories, moderated by Sapna Srivastava, Editor, Realty+, with Ar. Prof. Narasimham V. V. L., Chairman, IIA Telangana State Chapter, sharing insights from his professional journey and views on architecture and urban responsibility.
