IndiaLand, a leading global real estate firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain, has achieved a major breakthrough in its urban transformation endeavors. The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tamil Nadu Government, marking a significant step towards their shared vision for development.
The partnership primarily focuses on the development of IndiaLand Tech Park in Coimbatore, with an approximate investment till now in the tech park project of about 500 crore INR. With the imminent launch of D Tower, which is scheduled for the near future, adding a substantial 5 lakh sq. ft of leasable area, the total capacity of the tech park will elevate to an impressive 18 lakh sq. ft.
This strategic development is a major step towards enhancing the city's IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) spaces. Moreover, the anticipation around the introduction of the upcoming Tower E, adding 7 lakh sq. ft, further solidifies IndiaLand Tech Park's role in shaping the IT infrastructure of the region.
The MOU's significance was further highlighted at the Chennai Global Investor Summit, attended by the Honourable Chief Minister,M. K. Stalin. This government endorsement is a milestone for the IndiaLand Group, positioning it as an instrumental entity in elevating Coimbatore's profile as a hub of innovation and business.
