Law firm Trilegal has leased about 40, 000 sq ft office space in Saket, Delhi. International property consultant Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the deal.
A third of the quarter’s leasing (Jan-March) comprised of large transactions (above 100,000 sf) across micro-markets in Gurugram and Noida with some occupiers also locking hard options for future expansion plans, according to consultants.
Trilegal had 30,000 sq ft in another building in Saket, and is now moving to a new building with more area as part of company’s expansion plan.
“Over the last three years, Trilegal has seen significant growth and has attracted leading legal, strategic and operations professionals. Over the last three years, we have taken up new and agile office spaces in Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bangalore. With the leasing of 40,000 sqft of office space in Saket, our Delhi office will now undergo an upgrade. Collectively, these upgrades will result in our office spaces growing by nearly 70% since 2019,” said Sridhar Gorthi, Partner and Member of the Management Committee, Trilegal.
