IndoSpace, India’s integrated supply chain infrastructure platform, has announced the launch of IndoSpace Chakan V, its largest industrial park in the country. Spanning 188 acres and backed by an investment of USD 120 million, the park marks IndoSpace’s eighth industrial and logistics development in the Pune region. This new addition expands IndoSpace’s footprint in Pune to 525 acres, reinforcing its dominance in western India’s industrial growth corridor.
Strategically located within MIDC Chakan, IndoSpace Chakan V offers prime connectivity via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Pune-Nashik Highway, Pune-Ahmednagar-Aurangabad Highway, and the Bengaluru-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Robust rail infrastructure further enhances site accessibility, making it ideal for manufacturers and logistics operators looking to access both consumption centers and ports.
In 2024 alone, Pune’s industrial and logistics market — including the Chakan–Talegaon corridor — witnessed 6.7 million sq. ft. of absorption, reflecting surging demand across key sectors. IndoSpace Chakan V is designed to cater to this momentum, supporting needs from industries such as automotive, engineering, electronics, and third-party logistics.
