K Raheja Corp Launches Women’s Leadership Program

K Raheja Corp, India’s leading Real Estate conglomerate, launches its Women in Leadership Program – SHEROES: Expand your Potential, a transformative development journey to strengthen its pool of women leaders. Its pilot edition has seen 24 handpicked high potential women undergoing a 4-month intensive learning journey.

As a group initiative, the women selected were from across the businesses of Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall and K Raheja Corp Homes. The meticulously curated intervention was a mix of training sessions (on & off site), group coaching’s, and application assignments. The program was designed and co-created by internal L&D team and InspireOne Consultants, and executed by some experienced and specialized trainers, external speakers and image consultants.
