K Raheja Corp is set to transform Navi Mumbai’s educational landscape with the introduction of the city’s first international school in Juinagar. The school will be part of a larger 50+ acre mixed-use development that combines premium residences, office spaces, tech-led infrastructure, convenience retail, and a lifestyle club. Spread over a dedicated 1.18-acre campus, the institution sits adjacent to Raheja Jadecity residences and the Mindspace Juinagar commercial hub.

This initiative reflects the company’s long-term vision of creating walkable, future-ready districts that bring everyday life closer to where people live and work. By embedding quality social infrastructure within a residential and commercial ecosystem, K Raheja Corp aims to address gaps in the micro-market while enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Addressing a Gap in Navi Mumbai’s Schooling Landscape

While Juinagar has a strong network of established schools, options for international curricula remain limited. K Raheja Corp’s planned school seeks to fill this gap, offering a globally benchmarked K–12 learning environment. By doing so, it positions itself as a first mover in catering to families seeking premium international education within a convenient commute.

The school is being designed to deliver more than academics. Strong co-curricular and recreational infrastructure, including indoor and outdoor sports facilities, will support holistic development, creating an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and physically.

Walk-to-Work Ecosystem Anchored by Jadecity and Mindspace

Juinagar is rapidly emerging as a walk-to-work micro-market in Navi Mumbai, driven by the integrated ecosystem of Jadecity residences and the Mindspace Juinagar employment hub. The area benefits from its proximity to the wider Airoli–Ghansoli–Kopar Khairane corridor, one of Navi Mumbai’s key employment belts.

The school’s catchment has been designed to cover core residential areas, spanning Kopar Khairane to Seawoods, including Vashi, Sanpada, and Nerul. Families within a 6–8 km radius will benefit from reduced travel times, with most commuting within 30–45 minutes. By situating the international school in this hub, K Raheja Corp aims to minimize daily travel friction, improve convenience, and support better work–life balance for residents.

The planning of the school has been informed by insights into parent preferences in the international education segment. Beyond strong academic outcomes, families increasingly prioritize campus experience, holistic development, and access to comprehensive sports and recreational facilities. The Road Ahead

The founding batch of the international school is expected to commence within the next 3–4 years. By embedding a world-class K–12 institution within a mixed-use, walkable district, K Raheja Corp is setting a new benchmark for integrated development in Navi Mumbai.

As residential and commercial demand grows, the school is likely to play a pivotal role in shaping Juinagar into a holistic urban hub where families can live, work, and learn, all within the same vibrant ecosystem.
