She emphasized the need for measurable leadership metrics based on emotional intelligence and impact, advocating, "Leadership isn’t just about visibility, it’s about impact." George further encouraged women professionals to assert themselves, reminding them, "Women should never hesitate to speak up—thank yourself first, because you deserve it."
The conversation also featured Sarina Menezes, Head and Vice President - Brand Marketing & Corporate Communication Head, Oberoi Realty who transitioned from hospitality to real estate, bringing insights into leadership from both industries. She emphasized mentorship as crucial for women's professional growth, advocating that mentors should ideally be outside one's immediate workplace. "Mentorship isn't advice; it's guidance. Choose mentors outside your workplace to truly grow," she advised.
