Lucknow Development Authority will sell plots in the 30 acres of land adjacent to the International Stadium on Shaheed Path to boost its revenue.
According to LDA officials, the development authority is selling plots ranging from 10,000 square metres to 27,000 square metres in the Central Business District (CBD) located at Shaheed Path. All these plots are meant for commercial purposes.
LDA officials said that the plots are available in approximate sizes of 10,000 sq metres, 19,000 sq metres and 27,473sq metres. LDA secretary Pawan Kumar Gangwar said, “About 5% of the total cost of the plot will have to be submitted by the potential buyers before auction. The development authority will conduct a lottery soon to allocate plots.”
With 10 projects slated for completion in the next six years encompassing residential, office, and golf course properties, they are expected to generate total sales value of Rs 15,000 cr.
