West Delhi based real-estate firm M-Sanvi Real Estate, dealing in affordable homes across all categories has announced that they have sold 150 homes worth around Rs 50cr in the last quarter. The firm is also planning to tick the target mark of around 500 homes worth Rs 200cr by the end of this fiscal year.
Founder & Mentor Mukesh Kumar said,’’We are looking to open offices in five more cities in the next few months especially in the lower and mid-income as the affordable segment has witnessed tremendous growth over the last couple of quarters and this is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.”
