Macrotech Developers Ltd, a leading real estate firm, has announced the strategic acquisition of Opexefi Services Private Limited and One Box Warehouse Private Limited. The company acquired Opexefi Services Private Limited for approximately Rs 46.67 crore and One Box Warehouse Private Limited for Rs 49.09 crore.
Through the acquisition of 100% equity in both entities, Macrotech Developers Ltd aims to strengthen its logistics park and warehouse development vertical, enhancing its capabilities in the sector.
