Mahagun Mart attracts several top brands
Mahagun Mart located inside Mahagun Mywoods, Sector 16C, Greater Noida West, with an indulging area of 9086 sq ft, has become an attractive business opportunity for cafes, restaurants, food court, fashion outlets and lifestyle stores. The one-stop shopping complex houses 140 shops that will be catering to every need of the 6000+ residents from Mahagun Mywoods and the nearby societies. It is a leased out project. Some of the F&B brands that have got associated with Mahagun Mart are Wrap My Burger, Health Bowl, Mc Olive Pizza, Mc Olive South Indian, Epic Foods, Chainos, Giftopia Cafe & Belly Di Balle. GK Amusement has signed up for providing a joyous and fun-filled play area for kids. Mahagun group has a successfully running shopping mall by the name of Mahagun Metro Mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Recently, they have also launched another mixed-use development project in Greater Noida West with the name of Mahagun Marina Walk. The completed residential projects by group are Mahagun Maple, Mahagun Manor, Mahagun Maestro at Sector 50 (Noida), Mahagun Moderne at Sector 78 (Noida), Mahagun Mansion in Indirapuram and Mahagun Mascot in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. Indian commercial real estate has been driven by demand from high-quality office space for corporate and commercial complexes. Almost 10-12 million sq. ft. of retail supply is expected this year, even as experiential retail and omni-channel will continue to redefine the segment. According to latest Reserve Bank of India data, the entire banking sector's aggregate portfolio to the commercial real estate sector stood at Rs 2.1 lakh crore in 2019 and is expected to grow further.
