We suggested them to go for a Built to Suite (BTS) facility instead of an already constructed warehouse and it took us approximately 4 months to zero down the desired location for the Built to suite (BTS) warehouse considering all the above requirements and a suitable developer who could build this warehouse as per the target timelines.
