Marvel Realtors Record Robust Appreciation in Pune Market

Marvel Realtors has consistently recorded a rise in the resale value of its properties as compared to the market. Noteworthy among these are Marvel Arco, Hadapsar recording a resale value up by 107%, Marvel Cerise, Kharadi by 104%, Marvel Brisa, Balewadi by 100%, Marvel Cascada, Balewadi by 80% and Marvel Selva Ridge Estate, Bavdhan by 45%. The year-on-year appreciation of Marvel properties across Pune has been up to 20% higher than the standard appreciation rates. Overall, Marvel properties are leading the luxury real estate market in Pune with investors benefiting from 7% to 12% appreciation as compared to the -3% to 8% appreciation witnessed by other premium properties in the same vicinity during the last year.
