MP housing board looking into ways to sell unsold properties in Indore circle

MP Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) is looking for different ways to sell its unsold properties worth around Rs 60 crore in Indore circle. The aim is to increase the income from Indore circle upto Rs. 32-35 crore from Rs. 22 crore for the current financial year by selling the ready-possession properties.

A booklet, containing information of the ready-possession properties, will be distributed in different government and private offices as publicity of the projects. The board has some big projects including Rainbow Residency to be come up. For advertisement of these properties, the board is looking for different ways of publicity. The money, to be raised by selling the properties, will also help in starting constructions of some new projects including the affordable houses.
