Ashwinder R. Singh, Vice Chairman and CEO of BCD Group and the current Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee (Northern Region), has been appointed as Advisor to NAR-India for the 2025–2026 term. This appointment reflects his extensive contributions across real estate development, institutional lending, and channel partner networks.
Over the last two decades, Ashwinder has held leadership roles as Group Business Head at Bajaj Housing Finance—where he co-founded the B2B home loan vertical and managed one of India’s most active construction finance books. He was earlier the CEO of JLL Residential, Co-founder & CEO of ANAROCK, and CEO of Bhartiya Urban, where he led the development of a 150-acre integrated township.
NAR-India, in its letter, acknowledged Ashwinder’s deep industry insights and leadership as instrumental to the future direction of the real estate ecosystem, stating that his association will meaningfully contribute to the strategic vision and initiatives of the organization.
