NDMC introduces interactive platform for RWA's in its mobile app
The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has introduced an interactive feature for the Residents Welfare Associations (RWA) on the NDMC app 311. NDMC chairman Naresh Kumar said on Sunday, “The RWA's feedback mechanism has been introduced in NDMC app 311 as well as on website to facilitate the resident welfare associations of NDMC area to raise any civic issue for resolution and to provide their feedback for improving their area.” “NDMC aims to improve the delivery of civic services by engaging RWAs as key stakeholder through this platform,” he said. This application would empower RWA's and provide them real time information on actions being taken with regard to their grievances, feedback, suggestions etc.He said the citizens can download the NDMC 311 citizen app which is available on android and IOS platforms for the purpose.
