NDR Warehousing, a dominant force in the warehousing industry announced the successful acquisition of LSA Warehousing Private Limited. This strategic acquisition, located in Sohna bolsters NDR's robust presence in one of India's largest consumption markets.
The acquisition encompasses an expansive 18-acre project strategically positioned along the Sohna-Balabgarh Road, further reinforcing NDR's strong foothold in the NCR region. This marks the company's fourth venture in the area, with a notable focus on the thriving micro market of Sohna, complementing their established presence in Sarita Vihar and Bilaspur Tauru road. As phase I of the project slated for completion within 6 to 8 months, NDR aims to deliver the entire project within a year, highlighting their commitment to timely execution and operational efficiency.
This acquisition incurred a substantial investment of INR 42 crores. With a legacy dating back to 1986, NDR Warehousing has evolved into a premier warehousing powerhouse in India, offering unparalleled quality industrial and distribution centres across the country at cost-effective rates. Currently, NDR owns and operates over 15 million square feet of warehousing space, with an additional 4 million square feet under construction. Its clientele includes Fortune 100 Companies, leading Indian corporates, e-commerce giants, and 3PL players.
