The Noida homebuyers group Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (Nefowa) on Thursday staged a sit down protest outside the Greater Noida Authority. The homebuyers held a day-long sit down dharna outside GNIDA. The protest was against the Amrapali builders. The buyers demanded that all financial responsibilities of the builders towards the buyers be disclosed formally.
The Amrapali builders have been delaying the projects for years. For last many months construction at Amrapali sites have come to halt. There are 40,000 apartments stuck.
