This strategic partnership places Lenskart within Onward Workspaces' newest coworking facility, a 14,000-square-foot space situated in Delhi’s vibrant Okhla Phase 3 Business district.

Spanning across four floors, this expansive office space offers seating for approximately 300 employees and is designed to foster productivity, ensuring a dynamic workspace environment for Lenskart’s growing team.

Onward Workspaces has designed the new workspace to perfectly capture Lenskart’s brand aesthetics and operational vision. Styled in the brand’s primary and secondary colour palettes, the office features flexible, open spaces to support large gatherings and team collaboration.

Lenskart’s signature brand elements, including colour schemes and patterns, are thoughtfully integrated into the acoustics, carpets, and furnishings. At the entrance, a carefully curated reception area offers a welcoming experience for visitors. The Capex is projected at approximately INR 1800 per square foot to deliver this tailored solution.

The choice of Okhla Phase 3 – a prime industrial and commercial hub – reflects Onward Workspaces’ strategic approach to empower its clients with well-connected office locations. Known for housing an array of industries, from tech and media to banking and law offices, Okhla’s robust business community creates ample networking and collaboration opportunities for professionals. With seamless access to Delhi’s major public transport routes, including metro stations and arterial roads, the area offers an ideal workspace location to attract the right talent.
