Piramal Realty Launches Tower 2 at Piramal Revanta in Mulund

Piramal Realty, the real estate arm of diversified conglomerate, the Piramal Group, has launched Tower 2 of its Rs. 4800 crore luxury residential project - Piramal Revanta in Mulund, Mumbai. Piramal Realty also recently acquired 3.2 acres of adjacent land from Nirmal Lifestyles for a sum of Rs. 153 crores, thus taking the total project area to 12 acres.

Revanta Tower 2 is 60 storey ultra-modern high rise and has 1, 2, and 3-Bed residences ranging in the size of 482-1293 sq. ft. starting at Rs. 1.15 crores. It has accessibility from LBS Marg, Marathon Avenue and proposed Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR).
