Bengaluru-based Prestige Group, a prominent real estate developer, has around 8 million sq ft of mall projects currently under construction in cities including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, as per the company.
The group is developing a 200,000 sq ft mall in Mumbai's Mulund, which is expected to be a major food and beverage hub with over 25 restaurants. In Delhi-NCR, a 1 million sq ft mall is in the works, forming part of the Prestige City township in Indirapuram. RERA approval for this project is still pending. However, plans are underway for another mall in the Delhi-NCR region, though specific details have not yet been revealed.
Additionally, the group plans to launch three malls in Hyderabad and a 1 million sq ft mall in Sarjapura, Bengaluru. The company is also building another mall in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and a unique athleisure mall in North Bengaluru, featuring substantial space dedicated to sportswear and accessories. This athleisure mall, set to open by early 2027, will showcase top premium sports brands and offer 2.5 lakh sq ft of food, entertainment, and gaming experiences.
