Prestige Retail Ventures Limited acquires Babji Realtors

J.Sagar Associates (“JSA”) advised and assisted Prestige Estates Projects Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, in relation to the acquisition of Babji Realtors Private Limited (“Babji”), by its wholly owned subsidiary, Prestige Retail Ventures Limited (“PRVL”). Babji Realtors is in the business of real estate development and owns the ‘Forum Sujana Mall’ in Hyderabad. The deal value was approximately INR 364 crores.
